    About Yejide

    Yejide is an LPC-Associate with experience working with Teens and Adults, both in individual and group settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of St. Thomas, Houston. Yejide has worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, work related issues, addictions, relationship problems, school adjustment and acculturation stress. Yejide prides herself on practicing culturally flexibility and adjusts her therapeutic approach to the needs of each client. Her core therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. She is passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, advocating for them whenever possible and empowering them to face life’s challenges.

    Yejide is currently based in Houston and offers bookings for online therapy appointments. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family watching medical dramas and international movies, playing board games and puzzles. Yejide loves to travel and meet people from different countries and cultures.
